What we install
We install AI systems that do the operational work of a full time hire. Not chatbots. Not consulting decks. Working software wired into your CRM, your calendar, your inbox, your accounting, your Slack, your WhatsApp, your booking system. The system reads your data, drafts your work, routes your leads, coordinates your team, and does it every day without breaks.
We have installed systems across 20 plus industries. A medspa group with 45 locations on one dashboard. An insurance agency processing 900 new policies a month with every lead routed and tracked. A spare parts distributor that went from 230 SKUs to 2,094 product listings without manual data entry. A roof coating dealer network that went from about 1.4M a month toward 5M a month with fulfillment fully automated.
What we maintain
Maintenance means the system keeps working while your business changes, your tools update, and your team grows.
Run, 2,500 a month. Monitoring, bug fixes, model or API updates, and small adjustments. If something breaks, we fix it. If a tool changes its API, we update the integration.
Build, 5,000 a month. A dedicated developer who lives on your account. New features, rolling improvements, unlimited requests, one active build at a time. You have a developer without hiring one.
Partner, 10,000 a month. Direct access to the founder. Strategy, custom builds, priority on everything. You have a partner without giving up equity.
Every plan covers defects in what we built at no charge. Full detail on the pricing page.
Why maintenance matters
Most AI builds die within 90 days. Not because the build was bad but because nobody maintained it. The CRM updates and the integration breaks. The team changes a process and the system does not know. A model gets deprecated. Six months later it is dead code and the owner says AI does not work.
Maintenance is what separates a system that lasts from a system that dies. We have 85 plus systems in production right now. They are alive because someone is paid to keep them alive.
What happens if you stop maintenance
You keep the system. It is yours. It keeps running. What you lose is updates, fixes, and improvements. If an integration breaks because a tool changed, you fix it yourself or you come back to us.
There is no penalty for stopping and no clawback. You paid for the build, you own it, you decide how it gets maintained. Most owners start with a free AI audit to see what a system would do for them before any of this matters.
Questions we get asked
Can I just get the build without maintenance?
Yes, but most systems need updates within 90 days. We recommend at least 3 months of the Run plan to get through the stabilization period.
What is included in maintenance?
Monitoring, bug fixes, model and API updates, and access to your builder for questions. Larger features are handled under the Build plan.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can move from Run to Build to Partner at any renewal point.
Do you offer revenue share?
No. Flat fees plus optional fixed bonuses tied to verified outcomes.
What if the system breaks?
Under any plan we fix defects in what we built at no charge. That is the point of maintenance.
