What the 15,000 build fee covers
The build fee covers a free audit call, a written system plan you keep whether or not you proceed, installation of working AI software into the tools your team already uses, and going live with your people. We do not ship a prototype. We ship working software wired into your CRM, your calendar, your inbox, your accounting, your Slack, your WhatsApp.
A standard phase 1 build ships in 60 days or less. You see progress weekly in a build portal where you pin feedback directly on the work. Your team starts using the system before the build is technically finished because we ship in stages.
What the monthly fee covers
Three run plans, all flat fees, all 3 months minimum billed upfront.
Run, 2,500 a month. Monitoring, uptime, bug fixes, model or API updates, and small adjustments to the systems we built. We keep the system alive and working.
Build, 5,000 a month. A dedicated developer on your account, a rolling queue of improvements, one active build at a time, unlimited requests. You have a developer without hiring one.
Partner, 10,000 a month. Work directly with the founder: strategy, custom builds, priority on everything, and a direct line for anything urgent.
We never take a percentage of your revenue. Optional bonuses are fixed amounts tied to verified outcomes, not promises.
What changes the price
The build fee starts at 15,000 for a standard phase 1 build. Multiple locations, heavy compliance requirements, or integrations across more than 8 tools push it higher. That is scoped on the free audit before you commit to anything, so the number you sign is the number you pay.
The run plan depends on how much ongoing work you want. A business that wants the system kept alive and nothing more takes Run. A business that wants continuous improvement and new features takes Build. A business that wants the founder in the room takes Partner. Third party hosting and API costs are passed through at cost.
How this compares to hiring a person
A full time AI developer costs 120,000 to 200,000 a year plus benefits, plus recruiting time, plus the risk they leave with the only copy of how it works. Do I own the system?
Yes. You own the IP of everything we build. We act as your AI department, not a vendor renting you software.
How long does the build take?

What if I want to stop?
Run plans are 3 months prepaid. After that you can pause or cancel. The build is yours regardless and keeps running. You just stop getting maintenance and improvements.
